13 year old Eric Smith was convicted of choking and battering a 4 year old boy to death in 1994. He proceeded to sodomize the 4 year old with a stick and to drop large rocks on his mangled body. Smith was sentenced to minimum of 9 years in prison for second degree murder. He is still in prison and has been denied bail 5 times already.
